The staff was friendly and really made us feel welcome. The game room was fun for the kids. Room needed more attention; our sheets seemed wrinkled and not fresh. The entertainment options were nice, especially the live music by the pool. Parking was a bit of a hassle, especially during busy times. it's a decent place but could use some improvements in cleanliness.

Great location with a stunning ocean view! The room had a balcony, accessible by lift, with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Loved the heated pool, kids' pool, and fitness center. The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed delicious food poolside. Plenty of activities for the kids, and no crowds made it super relaxing.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help! I loved soaking up the sun by the clean pool and lazy river. The beachfront access made walking with a drink in hand an absolute dream!

The Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach offers a fantastic beachfront location and a welcoming atmosphere for families. Amenities make it convenient , but some service aspects, like room cleanliness and menu options, could be enhanced for a superior experience. a pleasurable stay with some minor challenges.

The beach access is fantastic, and the lazy river is a lot of fun. Kids loved the evening entertainment and games room. Room cleanliness could be improved. Overall, a decent place for a family trip.

The bathroom door in our room was incredibly squeaky, waking everyone up at night. I flagged maintenance, but their fix barely lasted. It was so loud it ruined our sleep—definitely not what you want on vacation!

Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were attentive and genuinely helpful. The convenience of having everything in one spot—pool, lazy river, and dining—was ideal. Families will appreciate the pirate and mermaid entertainment; the kids clearly loved it. the lazy river could use a few more tubes. The eight available felt insufficient for all the guests. Bathrooms need maintenance; we had a squeaky door that disrupted sleep. a bit more supervision around the pool would enhance safety. The surroundings also need a good pressure washing. There were check-in issues with a dirty room, which is unprofessional. Transparent communication regarding fees would improve the experience. Despite some drawbacks, we plan to return.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was kind and very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was ready earlier than expected, thanks to Kris' quick call. Another highlight was the music by the pool - a great variety that kept things lively and enjoyable. The efficiency and friendliness of the bar and grill staff, especially Darryl, made our dining experience truly delightful.
We felt the room was a bit overpriced for its size and amenities. The toiletries provided were subpar, with tiny soap bars and shampoo bottles.

The room had a decent layout, but cleanliness was an issue. Dust coated the chairs, and there were fingerprints on the windows and mirrors. The shower leaked, creating puddles that seeped into the carpet. Temperature control was adequate, but the bathroom needed better ventilation; the floor became slick from condensation. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied, but the food could have been warmer. Luggage carts were scarce during checkout. Despite the beautiful location and amenities, the room's maintenance left much to be desired.

The complimentary water was a nice touch, especially by the pool where hydration can get pricey. My 4-year-old loved the movie nights and mermaid shows. The room had a beautiful bathroom with Dove products, and the bed was so comfy my child slept 13 hours! the restaurant experience was a letdown; the food was subpar and way overpriced. There were some hiccups with room cleaning too, which was frustrating. Despite a few bumps, the location was ideal, with plenty of options nearby. The smiles from the staff made it feel welcoming.

Enjoyed the best lazy river pool in Pensacola Beach, complete with fire pits and hot tubs. The view of the emerald green waters was mesmerizing. The hotel's game room was a fun escape from the sun.
Sarcasm at its finest: I just loved sharing my room with a family of roaches. The shower was their favorite hangout spot.

the location is great and the drinks at the tiki bar were good.
the room wasn't clean upon arrival, with dirt and sand everywhere. also, we never got any toiletries or cleaning during our four-night stay.

the hotel was great, right on the beach with a nice boardwalk, and we could even use the neighboring hotels' pools and splash pad. the poolside bar and lazy river were perfect, and the staff really made our stay enjoyable. rooms were quiet, clean, and spacious, with lots of activities for the kids. overall, a wonderful experience, especially thanks to the exceptional staff.

It was convenient to have them on hand for quickly getting rid of any wrinkles in our clothes. the heating and air conditioning in the room seemed a bit outdated and ineffective. We found it challenging to regulate the room temperature to our liking, especially during the night. This made it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a nice touch for enjoying a hot beverage in the morning. The sitting area was cozy, but the carpeted floor looked a bit worn and could use some refreshing. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided, but I was disappointed to find that the hair dryer in the room was not working properly. It took a long time to dry my hair, which was inconvenient. The room featured an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV, which were both functional and added to the convenience of our stay. I noticed that the room could benefit from a thorough carpet cleaning, as it appeared a bit dirty in some areas. the hotel offered dry cleaning services, which came in handy during our stay. the on-site shops and commercial services were convenient for picking up any necessities we may have forgotten. We also took advantage of the laundry services provided by the hotel, which helped us keep our clothes clean throughout our stay. While we didn't receive a welcome drink upon arrival, we did enjoy a relaxing happy hour at the hotel bar. It was a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. our experience at Holiday Inn had its ups and downs. The amenities and services offered were convenient, but there were aspects of the room that could use some attention to improve the overall comfort level.

so clean; quick access to pool and beach anytime we want; close to restaurants - bars - shops; loved the bathroom with glass doors and Dove hygiene products; the chef deserves a big raise for the amazing breakfast.

We had a blast floating in the lazy river on inner tubes and watching the Pirate and Mermaid shows. Plus, the kids ate free - so we saved mad cash while having a fam fun day at the beach!
We wish there were more lively events or parties for young peeps like us to turn up and make the nights even more epic! .

Our stay at this beachfront hotel was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and within walking distance of various dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The restaurant had delicious food, although slightly expensive due to the tourist location. The cleanliness of the pools, beach, and entire property was outstanding. We also loved the free hot cookies and milk upon arrival. The free breakfast was a real treat, with a menu option and buffet selection. The amenities were top-notch, including the pool/lazy river combination, beach chairs, and various entertainment options for kids. a fantastic experience!
We were disappointed that our room did not have the balcony that was advertised in the picture when we booked. Despite showing the front desk the picture, they claimed it was a misunderstanding and offered a different room with a balcony, but it was a handicapped room.

Have a blast with the kids at the pirate and mermaid shows, daily fun from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Enjoy the cool winding pool with a lazy river, where everyone can float on tubes. Up to four hungry little ones eat free all day at the beach, making family dining a breeze.
My kids wished for more affordable beach umbrella rentals.

I had a wonderful time at the beachfront Holiday Inn. The lazy river and night lighting created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Despite a few minor inconveniences, my overall stay was enjoyable. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The location of Holiday Inn was perfect for visiting Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Plus, the variety of delicious dishes at Riptides Sports Grill and Beachfront Tiki Bar made dining a delight.
